Well it never ceases to amaze me just how far technology has come. I remember a time when you had to put a hard copy of your resume in the hands of your potential employer and you still had to fill out a paper application sitting in their place of business. Now days it seems as if we have become too busy to sit and actually get to know the REAL person behind the resume.
Managers and business owners have traded in personally evaluating someones character with online, computer generated personality profile test which does not allow the potential employee the opportunity to exalt his or her abilities.
I personally have many years of successful time in one on one retail sales and face to face commercial sales which has taught me a skill that just can not be relayed at a stores electronic application kiosk. So, moving with the times I have spent some quality time with the pro’s creating and perfecting my social networking presents.
