Time Spent Reaps Joy

I have spent many years of my life as a salesman for multiple different companies and products. Some I have done very well with and some would have been better off left alone. I have spent many days of my sales career in various types of training to acquire the knowledge I have to succeed in the areas that I have. It takes more than just being an extrovert to be a success in the sales industry. You must know your product, your competitions product and be able to read your client in a matter of seconds. Fall short of that and an educated client will know it and the meeting is over, NO SALES!

Paul was a mighty man of God and had a powerful personal walk with Him. So power, in fact, that God gave him the ability to do extraordinary miracles in the name of Jesus (Acts 19:10-12). God did not give this ability to just anyone. You see, every ounce of Paul’s life was TRULY dedicated to following God’s will and desire for his life.

Tiger Woods does not have the success he has by just showing up on tournament day but by spending thousands of hours every year on the course and with trainers. It pleases me to have a successful day at work but it pleases me even more to have a successful day in Christ.  There is no greater joy than to know that God has personally chosen you to touch a life in His name and this only happens with a life that is dedicated to Him. I I know the deeper I am in Him the more He will call on me. Where are in Christ?
